Little did I expect when I went to view an old house in Clare that the day would resemble Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Fortunately, Indianna Jones, in the form of Gareth Gold was there to aid and assist. The house itself was easy to access, but the huge garden had become extremely overgrown and inaccessible from the house entrance. As the garden was of particular interest Gareth suggested that a previous viewer had managed to view the garden from the back wall, on the side the park. There is a fence, said Gareth, but the other chap had no trouble hurdling it. I threw caution to the wind and followed to the park. Gareth easily got over the fence, I however, more of the Dawn French persuasion, plump and enthusiastic, does not equate to agile. Gareth cajoled, supported and laughed me over the fence where I did obtain a good view of the garden. However, the return fence seemed to have increased in height and I managed to balance myself rather precariously between the fence and the top of the bench, unfazed by the large giggling woman, not sure how to dismount, Gareth once again came to the rescue and allowed me to leap at him, just about retaining his footing! He was a great sport and a great help. Unfortunately the house and garden, were indeed a fence too far but Gareth was totally gracious and has continued to search low fenced properties for me with good humour and attention to detail. Thank you Gareth, move over Harrison Ford!

The BEST Estate Agents I have ever dealt with! Manager Carl, Charles and the whole team at the Woolpit office have been brilliant from the beginning.
