As a new decade starts, it’s time to reflect on a successful 2019. A year that started with political uncertainty and ended with a landslide general election result. Throughout that time we’ve continued to see excellent results in the property markets. With an end to the uncertainty in sight, 2020 promises to be an exciting year.

As featured in the winter edition of our property and lifestyle magazine Rooftops, our sales secretary, Amanda Gee self-published a children’s rhyming picture book – The Fox in the Box.

=3: Our director, Nick cycled from Paris to London
Alongside four friends, Nick Mills, office principal of our Clare office completed the epic 280 mile cycle ride from Paris to London in 21 hrs 30 mins! The photo of the boys at the finish line was the joint third most liked post on Facebook last year.
=3: Horses crossing in Newmarket
It’s well known for its horse racing, but did you know these equine greats have right of way over the traffic too?… This picture of horses crossing the road was the joint third most popular fun post of 2019.
2: Beautiful sunrise in Suffolk
Being the hard working agents that we are, we’re working at all hours. This picture of a beautiful sunrise in Suffolk was taken while driving to a viewing and was our second most popular post!
1: Dakotas over Clare
Last year was the 75th anniversary of D-Day, and to celebrate, the iconic Dakota aircraft provided a flypast, travelling from Duxford, Cambridgeshire to Normandy in France. We filmed them as they flew over our Clare office and it was our most liked post of the year.
What an amazing sight!The iconic Dakotas flying over Clare this afternoon en route from Duxford to Caen in Normandy, to mark the anniversary of D-Day, just as they did 75 years ago.
