Philip Goodyer from the David Burr Lettings team in Long Melford  and his wife are organising a Big Band Charity night to be held at The Delphi Centre Sudbury on Saturday 29th December.

Following the success of last year’s sparkle dance, the big band “Swing Machine” from Ipswich will be returning to the Delphi Centre for this Masquerade black tie evening with music covering the decades from the 1920’s through to the 1960’s. A special 1940’s section with most of the Glenn Miller favourites will be included. The band comprising of 17 musicians with female and male vocalist proved a big hit last December.  “Upbeat” is a great local charity for supporting patients who have had major heart surgery. This will be an evening of wonderful music and dance with “Mayfair Music” playing during the band breaks. The Delphi Centre has a licensed bar with credit card facilities, you can bring you own nibbles. Due to licensing laws all drinks must be purchased from the centre. Charity Raffle; Photographer on site for mementoes of the evening.

Doors open 7:00pm for meet and greet, dress to impress for this end of year dance.

Tickets are £16.50 each for this brilliant evening of music and dance.

Tickets sold out early for last year’s big band night so to avoid disappointment buy your tickets now from the Tourist office in Sudbury Tourist office in the library or contact dancewithussuffolk@outlook.com or ring Phil on 07909993799
