ENTRANCE You’ll collect the keys from the box by the parking space which is close to the entrance to the building with door operated by a key fob. There’s a lift or stairs taking you to the third floor and Apartment 69 is along the corridor through a couple of fire doors. LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM You’re welcomed directly into this stylish room with a fully equipped kitchen wrapping around one corner housing a Zanussi oven, ceramic hob with extractor, five shelf fridge, three drawer freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, drinking/boiling water tap and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (please be sure to bring the Vertuo pods not the standard ones) Colourful prints of Edmunds handcrafted premium bottled cocktails give a hint at the owners’ business, and the real thing can be enjoyed at many local venues. A handsome dining table made from up-cycled scaffolding boards and four dining chairs sits to the side, and there’s a generous sofa with footstool and industrial style storage cabinets by the double-glazed doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the driveway. Entertainment is provided with a large Smart TV showing Netflix and Amazon Prime; Alexas in the bedroom and living room; and some games and books on the local area or cooking to encourage you to cater at home. BEDROOM The carpeted bedroom has a solid wood four poster king size bed, bedside drawers, double mirrored wardrobe with shelf and hanging space and a double-glazed window with blackout vertical blinds. EN-SUITE A luxurious modern bathroom. The bath has both rain and handheld showers over, there's a wash basin with Smart taps, WC and heated towel rail (towels provided). OUTSIDE The drive takes you under the building to the allocated parking on the right. You’ll receive all access details a week before your arrival. If you're driving an electric vehicle there’s 3 hours free EV parking at the Tesco across the road. Or a fast charging point at ‘School Yard East Car Park’ (IP33 3AA) – this is a 5 minute walk away.
