The space

A detached purpose-built property situated in a superb, central location, within a stone’s throw of the amenities of this beautiful medieval wooltown. The property is tucked-away behind the High Street and contains a contemporary open plan studio containing a bedroom area, dining table and chairs and kitchen. There is also a shower room adjacent. In front of the property is a private enclosed terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. Parking is available on street close by.

This place is private and in a good location close to pubs and shops in Lavenham. It is tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. The only downsides were the really tiny gated area for dogs outside (no grass), the sticky front door and slightly tricky bolt on the gate, the low pressure of the hot water, and the very loud drain in the shower mentioned by other guests. But it was adequate as weekend accommodation close to the family we were visiting.

Very aesthetic place with everything we needed. The water pressure from the shower was weak, but otherwise the place was flawless. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to returning at some point in the future!

Lovely little studio, perfect for a couple. We were staying here for a long weekend to see our daughter and new grandson, the village is stunning! Loved walking around seeing the sights, it was like going back in time. Had a bit of a leak through the extractor hood from the heavy rain which had puddled up all around the hob, so I was a bit dubious about using it, this was reported by myself. Also the shower I think could do with replacing, the drain inside the shower cubicle is really noisy, did wonder what was going on ? but obviously doesn’t affect the use of it just a pre warning to anyone else who stays. Will definitely stay again, only one suggestion is that you purchase new tea towels, I’m fussy and really don’t like stained tea towels ? that’s just me I’m afraid. Or I could just bring my own next time.

Absolutely loved my stay, lovely well appointed accommodation, lots of privacy and in a beautiful location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to family and friends.

lovely stidio very clean and comfortable. only thing I will say is we couldnt get into the driveway as it is very narrow so we parked in the street. The front door was bit hard to open, also when having a shower it is very noisy with a lot of banging and the water pressure isnt very good. couldnt get any hot water in the kitchen but we boiled the kettle. Overall though quick heating to heat studio up and very comfortable.

Stayed here for a week or so for work and was thrilled with the place. It’s perfect for one person, off road so nice and quiet and the area is beautiful, don’t feel like you’re encroaching on anyone’s space and it has all the basics you need. There was some confusion with cleaners but hosts sorted it quickly and without fuss
