We are currently recruiting for a Saturday Sales Negotiator at our Newmarket branch.
This covers a variety of jobs, but with particular emphasis on dealing with prospective purchasers, interviewing applicants and registering their requirements. Printing sales particulars, liaising with other sales offices, progressing existing sales and advising clients, photographing properties, attending auctions, general reception duties, telephoning applicants to update their requirements, taking offers and qualifying prospective purchasers circumstances. Whilst the position is based at Newmarket, it is essential that you are flexible in your attitude to working at other branches as and when necessary.
Hours: Saturdays 8.45-4.00
