Great location, beautiful property, Nowton Park is right on the doorstep, very peaceful, private and secure, could not ask for a better property to stay in. Will look at returning in the future, thank you for being a fabulous host!!

Fantastic property, clean, tidy and well equipped. Great location away from and really busy roads. Bonus of having an artisan bakers almost right next door. Twenty yards from the property to a pedestrian entrance into Nowton Park which was a fantastic place for walking the dog. Garden was fully enclosed and safe for dogs to be unattended. Hot tub was great and gets the best of the sun in the corner of the garden. Highly recommended and would book again.

Beautiful cottage and great location. The park opposite was lovely for daily dog walks and The Rushmere Arms was also located close by where we enjoyed a nice meal. We also walked to the Artisan Bakery and the sausage rolls were delicious! We loved the cottage. Beautifully decorated and lovely and clean. We loved the hot tub too! We used this everyday we stayed and also enjoyed a BBQ using the Egg grill. We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe as a family and the cottage was cosy, warm and very comfortable. We will 100% be back! We did not want to leave.

Wonderfully appointed and spacious accommodation. The amazing bakery within 1 min walk made breakfast and lunch easy. Had a dinner at the 2 min drive Rushbrooke arms. Staff friendly. Hot tub was great way to end each night. Explored Nowton Park and Ickworth House with our dog. Great few days.

We had a lovely stay at the Coach House to celebrate a family birthday, and retirement. The house is amazing, and set in an ideal location, with Bury St Edmunds only a short drive away. We made good use of the hot tub (even in the rain). Had a great stay, would definitely return. Sue, Paul & family

The Coach House was a clean, very high spec. design, stylish stay that was perfect and homely for our girls weekend. Every room is beautiful, the kitchen very functional and we loved the jacuzzi.
