Application reference number DC/24/00466. A CIL (community infrastructure levy) charge for the barn conversion is nil.

- The CIL (community infrastructure levy) charge for the proposed Replacement Dwelling is based on £115 per sqm and is in the region of £46,457 total for a non-self-build purchaser. Purchasers should liaise with the local authority with regards to the rate of the community infrastructure levy charge as this is subject to prevailing charging rates via Babergh District Council.
