coffee morning
In May, David Burr estate agents in Long Melford, hosted a coffee morning in order to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support which provides specialist health care, information and financial support to those affected by cancer. The well attended event was held at Nicholas King Homes luxury show apartment, situated at the heart of Long Melford. Visitors were able to enjoy freshly brewed coffee and a variety of wonderful homemade cakes. David Burr and Nicholas King Homes raised £90 over the two hours. Organiser, Alex Davies, said that “the turn out was fantastic and it showed how important Macmillan is to so many of us. Everyone had a good time, drinking good coffee and eating brilliant cakes in such a warm and inviting environment. The event gave us an excellent opportunity to show off our apartments while raising funds for a worthy charity.”
