Founded in 1995, David Burr has become one of the most successful agencies in the region. Our name is synonymous with quality property and a level of service to match. Since the opening of our Long Melford office in 1995 we have grown to open further offices in Clare, Castle Hedingham and Woolpit. The Leavenheath office opened for business in July 2007, Newmarket in June 2012, and Bury St Edmunds in spring 2014. Founder, David Burr, is a chartered surveyor who has been part of the region’s property market since 1978. His co-directors Steven Ray, Rachel Suff, Nicholas Mills, Jack Thornley and Tim Rutter have a wealth of professional estate agency experience between them and are based at Long Melford, Clare, Leavenheath and Castle Hedingham respectively.
