Alex and his friends are keen home brewers and are happily putting these skills to good use to help local charity – Henry’s Holiday Help.
Having been contacted by The Brewshed Brewery in Bury St Edmunds, the pair have set to work creating ‘Angel Hill’, a Germanic style, pale beer. Created to their own recipe, ‘Angel Hill’ is being launched this Friday at The Beerhouse winter beer festival. It will also be on sale in local pubs The Hartest Crown, The Cadogan Arms in Ingham and The Beerhouse and The One Bull in Bury St Edmunds.
20p from every pint sold will go to local charity Henry’s Holiday Help. Inspired by Henry, a five-year-old boy who was diagnosed with a large brain tumour aged just 13 months, Henry’s Holiday Help are a wonderful local charity who raise money so that children in West Suffolk who are battling cancer can enjoy a holiday, allowing them to spend precious time away with their family as well as making some magical memories.
