David Burr Estate Agents is currently seeking an enthusiastic part time lettings administrator to join our team in Long Melford. With experience in an administrative role, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with landlords and tenants via email or over the telephone. As well as dealing with issues and queries, the successful candidate will also supervise the ‘handover’ and ‘check out’ processes, as well as undertake other general admin duties.

Part Time Lettings Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Sudbury, Suffolk
Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – 10am-4pm or 9am – 3pm (Neg)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable
Employment Type: Permanent/Part Time
Annual Leave: 23 days + bank holidays (Pro Rata)
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
> Dealing with property maintenance issues/queries
> Preparing tenancy documents and supervising the ‘handover’ process
> Supervising the ‘check out’ process
> Dealing with general enquires from Landlords and Tenants via telephone/email
> General administration duties
> Being on call to deal with emergency maintenance out of hours if necessary
The ideal candidate:
> Previous Estate Agency experience is desirable but not essential
> Full Driving Licence and Own Transport
> Strong IT Skills
> Previous experience within an administration role is essential
