The Orchard Brook development is located in the heart of Long Melford and really is unique! The properties are ideally placed, only a stone’s throw from the village amenities in one direction and countryside walks in the other. The initial houses and bungalows were released in 2017 and proved highly successful with one new resident describing it as ‘a community within a community’. The very first time we met with Nicholas King Homes to discuss their plans for this site, we knew it would be like nothing else in the area.
