Julian has spent his working life in a customer-facing environments incorporating sales and training roles. After leaving the insurance industry he has worked within estate agency for the last 20 years, managing the Hadleigh office for a large nationwide agency and as Branch Manager at David Burr for the last six years. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile for his clients, providing a calming influence for clients, purchasers, tenants and colleagues alike. One of life’s pragmatic, reasonable characters, Julian is regularly commended on his integrity, breadth of knowledge and experience in overseeing the day to day running of all aspects of estate agency. Having surmised that the role of the Estate Agent is somewhat maligned, Julian takes great joy in being able to change people’s perception from time to time. His diligence and hard working ethos have proved invaluable to the team.

Julian likes to spend his spare time with his wife and family and playing his guitar.
