Sam originally worked with the company founder David Burr in 1992, they were together at William H. Brown in Sudbury and when David set up on his own he was keen to take the best people with him,  Sam was instrumental in setting the foundations in those early years of the company.  Sam has held many positions within the company from running offices to working as a sales negotiator and more recently returning to the fold as a part-time administrator at the Bury office.

In her spare time Sam teaches yoga, enjoys travel and time with her family.
