There is no access to the garage and we respectfully ask that there is no music past 11pm. We further respectfully ask that no outdoor shoes be worn on carpets.

Please note that one bedroom features a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.

Accommodation ideal for our three generation family group. Comfortable sitting areas and beds. Great location for visiting Bury St Edmunds. We could have benefitted from more dining crockery and cutlery, even with the use of a dishwasher. Pillows in bedrooms too solid which was an issue. Not all kitchen utensils were completely clean.

I can see now why we were lucky to find this property last minute as it is amazing, everything you would expect and more and the Host was great throughout.I would highly recommend.
