Outside is a private garden and parking is allocated to the side of the property.

The space

16 Waterloo Close is a spacious and fully refurbished property which has been done with a keen attention to detail. The property provides guests with open plan and modern accommodation which caters for up to four guests and is well situated on the outskirts of Newmarket to easily provide access to the town’s amenities and the world-famous race courses.

On the ground floor from the front, you enter into a panelled entrance hall with a door leading through to the open plan main living space. The newly fitted kitchen has a range of base and wall unit storage, well stocked with ample cookware, complete with worktops over. An inset sink with mixer tap and half drainer looks over the front garden. the space is equipped with a range of appliances to include an electric oven, gas hob with extractor above, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and American style fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast bar complete with stools at one end.

The sitting/dining room element of the space continue the modern theme with a plush sofa, footstool and additionally a dining room table with ample seating to eat.

Upstairs the property is complete with two spacious double bedrooms, both of which have built in storage. The newly remodelled bathroom features a bath with shower over, large double width vanity unit with an LED mirror.

Outside, the rear garden is private and enclosed with raised planted beds, a patio area ideal for alfresco dining as well as a storage shed. The property benefits from allocated off-street parking also.
