The space

Stepping through the wash house opens into the cottage garden which is a peaceful haven with fitted seating surrounded by greenery providing the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or morning coffee. There is ample parking along the green and in the village car park a short distance away (including an EV charging station).
Long Melford offers a plethora of independent shops, cafes, pubs and facilities as well as two stately homes which are open to the public at various times of year, wonderful footpaths for dog walks (pets welcome) and easy transport links to the wider area. The equally historic village of Lavenham is a short 10-minute drive away and the market town of Sudbury and Cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds are close by too.
