This is a nice, compact flatlet in a private garden with electric entrance gates. It is very comfortable and clean. For only 2 nights stay we had everything we needed. The entrance stairs are quite steep and the kitchen area has no cooker or hob top but there is a microwave and an air fryer which is enough for warming up food or simple cooking. The town centre is only a few minutes by car with plenty of pubs and restaurants. The location is very quiet and we only had a brief but pleasant chat with the owner who showed us where to park the car.

Off street parking, quiet, clean and very cozy! Host is very helpful and responds quickly to questions as well. Top marks!!

Nice modern space

Nice little coaching lodge. Small kitchenette (no hob) as described. Owner came out to us when we arrived and was very friendly and apologetic about not having the heating on when we arrived.Great for a few nights stay.

Lovely place to stay, was working at the hospital for a few days so greta location! Quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

The lodge was an ideal space for a period of time working away. It was secluded while still accessible and felt like a real cosy home away from home space. I will certainly be staying again!

A lovely self contained annex in the grounds a beautiful home. Missing a few amenities that would have made it 5 stars. The crockery is a bit lacking, there was only 1 water glass and 2 mugs - one of which was chipped and both were dirty. Additionally the welcome message mentioned including dishwasher tablets, I understand it’s a generic message as they manage many properties but got my hopes up for a dishwasher when there isn’t one. Also, the check in instructions could be slightly clearer, there are two lockboxes near the property and they didn’t specify which one.The cleaners also turned up 5 minutes before our check out time and hurried us out, which was a shame as 10am is a very early check out time as it is.Other than that it’s a lovely property, was very clean and mostly well appointed (there’s a few cracks in the paint job but nothing that impacts your stay) and it’s tucked away in a quiet part of Bury with private parking. Bath and bathroom were lovely. Hosts friendly

Lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy!

Very clean and a nice place for working away

we wanted a quiet place within easy walk of Bury . With safe secure parking for our new motorcycle . The property was perfect , ticked all the boxs . we had a wonderful 3 days exploring Suffolk and Northfolk by bike . And Bury had lots of resteraunts and bars for eats and drinks . The Abby and gardens are a gem too . would definitely stay again
