A beautifully cosy town house in a particularly convenient area of Bury St. Edmunds town centre, enjoying a rich history believed to have been a former railwayman’s cottage with proportionate accommodation arranged over 2 floors and small courtyard for Alfresco dining and entertaining. Upon arrival at the cottage, one will enter through the front door and be greeted by a:_

DINING AREA: With enough seating for 4 people. Character has been retained throughout the cottage and you are initially greeted by beautiful oak flooring which leads from the dining area to the:-
SITTING ROOM: Where there is a comfortable and substantial room set around a log burning fireplace. With French style double doors leading out to the rear terrace affording a good degree of natural light whilst still retaining privacy. The sitting room has a smart TV which guests can use to log in to their own relevant streaming platforms provided that they log out again. There are 13 steps leading up to the:-
