Garden maintenance

It is the responsibility of a Tenant to return the garden and outside areas of a property in the same condition at end of tenancy, considering wear and tear. We see many deposit disputes arise because gardens are not well maintained at handover and also suffer a lack of maintenance throughout the term of the tenancy.  Ensure your gardens and outdoor spaces are maintained at tenancy start and throughout the term of the tenancy by using our team of fully qualified contractors.  This minimises tenancy expenditure and deposit disputes.
