Garden maintenance
It is the responsibility of a Tenant to return the garden and outside areas of a property in the same condition at end of tenancy, considering wear and tear. We see many deposit disputes arise because gardens are not well maintained at handover and also suffer a lack of maintenance throughout the term of the tenancy.
