A beautiful setting for wine tasting & vineyard tours.
Giffords Hall Vineyard is a family-owned winery with vineyards planted on sandy and clay soil to produce high-quality grapes, high in natural sugars and acids, particularly suited well to sparkling and still wines. The vineyard is open to the public for private tours and tasting sessions. Tours guides will talk you through the grapes they grow and the pruning and trellising techniques used. This is followed by a visit to the winery and barrel hall for further explanation about the winemaking and ageing processes. The experience is finished with a tutored tasting of three still wines and liqueurs.
